ResaleHub provides a structured buying platform that allows users to reserve retail purchase opportunities and request reimbursement after verified delivery. We are not a marketplace, retailer, or distributor.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to deny or terminate access at our discretion.

• A commitment reserves units for a user.
• By clicking "Commit," you agree to complete the purchase, ship to the provided address, and submit valid tracking before expiration.
• Failure to complete these steps may result in cancellation or account restriction.

Users are responsible for using the correct shipping address, submitting valid tracking numbers, and ensuring shipment complies with carrier standards. ResaleHub is not responsible for incorrect shipping information, invalid tracking submissions, or carrier-related delays.

Reimbursement eligibility is determined after shipment delivery and an internal verification process. Verification timelines may vary.

Users may request payout after order status is marked as Delivered and verified. Payout processing times depend on payment method. ResaleHub reserves the right to delay payouts for review or reject fraudulent or suspicious requests.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Repeated missed commitments
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Abuse of the platform

ResaleHub is not liable for retail order cancellations, carrier issues, indirect or consequential damages, or user errors in ordering or shipping. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResaleHub from claims arising from misuse of the platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
